About Your Anxiety Relief and Mindfulness Coach

Amanda Huggins is a respected anxiety and mindfulness coach, certified yoga instructor, brand ambassador, author, speaker, and host of the Anxiety Talks podcast. Becoming an anxiety coach wasn’t originally the goal; it was a divine byproduct of Amanda’s own healing journey with anxiety. During her near-decade of work in the high-stress startup industry, Amanda ultimately realized that her anxiety, self-sabotage, and low self-worth had to be addressed.
