If you struggle with mindfulness and meditation and wonder how can meditation be easier, then it’s you’re lucky day!
Today we’re supporting Loch Kelly’s upcoming Shift Network Event (May 2019): How to Take the “Mind” Out of Mindfulness”
I, as one who cares about being mindful, present and conscious of myself have always struggled with sitting for any period of time in meditation. I felt there has got to be an easier way to meditate and be mindful without getting so focused on my thoughts and the mind!
Today my (our) prayers have been answered …(when the student is ready the teacher appears).
Listen in as Loch Kelly provides a little insight into the heart-mind connection and how to bring the focus of meditation into the heart and why that is significantly worthwhile.
Do you find meditation a task you struggle with and inevitably judge yourself for? If so, please share your comments below and lets start a discussion.
