It is our intention to assist in raising the level of consciousness on the planet to Neutral or 250 on the Map of Consciousness®.  Simple ways for us to contribute to this intention is to help you understand levels of consciousness and to put into context where TRUE POWER really exists. Once you understand where TRUE POWER (to have and create a life of meaning and Grace) exists, you can then choose where to align your intentions at higher levels of consciousness and let go of the lower levels that are only destructive and downward pulling, like crabs in a bucket.

Which Healing Modality is of Higher Consciousness?

All of these alternative healing modalities have power and hold some level of truth and are therefore constructive and contribute to your wellbeing.

Reiki calibrates at 340 on the Map of Consciousness®, and has significant benfit and true power. Reiki healing, according to The International center for Reiki Training is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”

Rolfing® calibrates at 205 on the Map of Consciousness®, and has constructive power, and it likely calibrates at this level because it works on

So, while I have you here….what is Rolfing® Structural Integration?

Named after its founder, Dr. Ida P. Rolf, Rolfing® Structural Integration is a form of bodywork that reorganizes the connective tissues, called fascia, that permeate the entire body.

More than fifty years ago, Dr. Rolf recognized that the body is inherently a system of seamless networks of tissues rather than a collection of separate parts. These connective tissues surround, support and penetrate all of the muscles, bones, nerves and organs. Rolfing Structural Integration works on this web-like complex of connective tissues to release, realign and balance the whole body, thus potentially resolving discomfort, reducing compensations and alleviating pain. Rolfing SI aims to restore flexibility, revitalize your energy and leave you feeling more comfortable in your body.

Essentially, the Rolfing process enables the body to regain the natural integrity of its form, thus enhancing postural efficiency and your freedom of movement.

Rebirthing calibrates at 240 on the Map of Consciousness®, it too is constructive, with positively oriented power and truth about what it does is present.

So I wasn’t sure what rebirthing is, so I did a little research…

Rebirthing-Breathwork, aka Intuitive Energy Breathing or Conscious Energy Breathing, is the ability to breathe Energy as well as air. It is the art of learning to breathe from the Breath Itself. Rebirthing is perhaps the most valuable self-healing ability that humans can learn. We can not have disease and relaxation in the same space at the same time.

Relaxation is the ultimate healer. Every breath induces relaxation.

Therefore, breathing is the basic healer. Conscious Energy Breathing is the most natural healing ability of all. This ability involves merging the inhale with the exhale in a gentle relaxed rhythm in an intuitive way that floods the body with Divine Energy.

Rebirthing also means to unravel the birth-death cycle and to incorporate the body and mind into the conscious Life of the Eternal Spirit – to become a conscious expression of the Eternal Spirit. This involves healing the eight biggies of human trauma, which are the birth trauma, the parental disapproval syndrome, specific negatives, the unconscious death urge, karma from past lives, the religion trauma, the school trauma, and senility, etc. For more on rebirthing, click here.

To put all of  this into context...only 50% of the United States calibrates at 200 or above, and only 15% of the world. The percentages drop precipitously as you go up the levels of consciousness.

Genius level individuals throughout history like Albert Einstein, Sigmund Freud, Isacc Newton calibrated at 499.

NOTES ABOUT CONSCIOUSNESS CALIBRATIONs IN GENERAL:

All calibrations are based on Dr. David R. Hawkins decades of research into consciousness, and the Map of Consciousness that came from this research, so as to put into context where true, constructive power really exists and where it doesn’t.

The Map of Consciousness is a logarithmic scale of 0-1,000, where 100 on the Map of Consciousness is 10 to the 100th power, 200 is 10 to the 200th power, etc. The higher you go up on the Map of Consciousness, the more quantum in nature the power level comes.

Any calibration below 200 holds no truth and no power and is destructive in nature.

TRUE POWER begins at 200 on the Map of Consciousness (10 to the 200th power) and it is the level of COURAGE. In order to turn around anything that’s negatively oriented in your life, you need to step into courage on the matter in order to do so.
