These are basic tools to start making changes in your life.

#1 Way to Make Life Changes?

Disconnect from your world – Take some time to disconnect from all distractions in life and get centered and conscious of your own presence.

Shut off cell phones, TV, and shut down your computer. Relax and feel your own body.

Become serene and neutral (250) about anything that may be spinning around in your head. Learn how to let go ( 650) of whatever may be cropping up and surrender to the time you’re allowing yourself to regroup.

Any type of negative emotional spin (less than 200) or  guilt (30) you may have about taking this time is a misperception about how powerful it truly is to get present  (200 +)

#2 Way to Make Changes in Your Life?

Take a breathe and center yourself.

Balance calibrates at 300 on the Map of Consciousness® and allowing yourself to simply be neutral (250) is a major step up from guilt and negative self-talk.

#3 Steps to Make Changes in Your Life?

Create your future self.

Ask yourself, “Can I be defined by a vision of the future instead of the memories of the past?”

Ask yourself, “What do I want in my life?”

And take the time to answer this question fully.

I did an entire presentation on goal setting and the power of setting goals and reviewing them on a regular basis. I also imply that goal setting is of higher consciousness. There is energy to manifest.

When you “Hold something in mind, it tends to manifest” calibrates as true at a very high level of consciousness of 505.

The question is, are you conscious of what you are holding in your mind and unconsciously holding in your energy field. You need to change the field you give your attention to if you want to make life changes.

DR. Joe explains in this video, that when you begin to answer the question, your brain begins to fire in new ways and sequences. You begin to create anew and clear a path to make life changes.

Creating new patterns and new combinations is the beginning of changing your mind. The mind is powerful, so use it consciously.

Dr. Joe suggests you start to feel your way into the “new you” as well.

What will it take for you to become the “new you”?

You need more power and more energy than the thought patterns and beliefs of the past.

It’s significant to understand the Map of Consciousness® , a proven scale to actualize your ultimate potential.

Here’s part of the Map and ways of being that are powerful and needed to make life changes:

  • Step into courage on any subject you want to make changes. (200). This is the doorway into true power and the ability to create what you want. Feel what courage feels like. There’s true power here.
  • Become neutral (250) on any subject, especially those subjects for which there may be a “charge”. Release the “charge” and come into neutral.
  • Be Willing. Willingness calibrates at 310 on the Map. This is the powerful land of setting intentions.
  • Understand that reason and rationality (400) are way more powerful than the consciousness of emotionality. This is NOT to say that emotionality is “bad”. It’s not! We all need to learn to process our emotions more reasonably and effectively. The mechanism of letting go can help with this (650)
  • Become LOVING and appreciative (500s). If someone had told me there was more power in lovingness than the reason and rationality of the mind, I wouldn’t have believed it until now.  Lovingness IS a supernatural power!

#5 What’s the Last Simple Step to Make Changes in Your Life?

Let go of your past self. (650 is the mechanism of letting go)

Decide which past thoughts to leave out of your present self in order to manifest the future self you envision.

Dr. Joe lists the types of thoughts and beliefs that you may have held in the past that needs to be released in order to make life changes and create the “new you”.

YOU’VE GOT TO GET REALLY CONSCIOUS!!!

This can be a tall order!

But maybe not, if you understand consciousness research and what’s really fueling the thoughts.

According to consciousness research, our suppressed and repressed emotions fuel the negative thoughts associated with the “energy” of the suppressed and repressed emotions.

The repressed and suppressed energies of grief and loss fuels thoughts of grief and loss.

The repressed and suppressed energies of anger fuel thoughts of hatred, bitterness, and resentment.

When you release these buried emotions, through the mechanism of letting go, the thoughts of the same “energy” fade away.
