The Map of Consciousness Explained: Higher Levels of Consciousness

Let’s Answer the Question, “What is Consciousness?”

First of all, “what is consciousness?”  (and how do you spell it!?!)

I like to liken consciousness to “gas in the tank

Do you have enough “gas in the tank” to get you where you want to go?

So what is consciousness in this metaphor?

Consciousness is the energy or gas required to “get you where you want to go.”

The amount of energy or gas required to get you to work that’s 30 miles away is quite different than the amount of energy or “gas” you need to get a rocket ship with 6 crew members to the moon and back.

Let’s give you another example using people.

Oprah Winfrey’s TV show calibrated at approximately 504 on the Map of Consciousness® per Truth VS Falsehood. This is the higher consciousness level known as LOVE consciousness. 

LOVE consciousness is a rare level of consciousness on this planet. In fact, approximately only 4% of the planet ever reaches this level of consciousness.

So back to what type of energy or “gas in the tank” do you need to manifest the level of success of The Oprah Winfrey Show? And what does it take for an individual to have such a tremendous impact on the world?

It’s this higher level of consciousness!

Another example is President Abraham Lincoln. President Lincoln calibrated at 565 on the Map. It’s even rarer an individual that ever reaches the higher consciousness level know as JOY at 540 on the Map. In fact,  according to consciousness research, only 4/10ths of 1% of the population ever reaches this rare level..”

Let’s Break Down Consciousness Levels a Little Bit More

COURAGE AT 200

The level of consciousness known as COURAGE calibrates at 200 on the Map or 10 to the 200th power. This is the gateway to true power!

The PROCESS going on in consciousness at this level is known ad EMPOWERMENT. This is what life coaches and business coaches are working on with you. They are seeking to raise your level of consciousness on some particular topic and get you to step into courage on it.

Once you step into COURAGE, there is “gas is in the tank” to start getting you where you want to go and heading in the right direction. How much “gas” are you going to need?

It depends on where you want to go.

If you want to manifest change in the world and impact the world like Oprah or Abraham Lincoln did, you’re going to need a whole lot more than just courage!

Courage and the level of consciousness in the 200s are where blue-collar workers typically operate. These are people that contribute to the infrastructure of the world in positive, constructive, and helpful ways.

NEUTRAL at 250

The higher consciousness level known as NEUTRAL calibrates at 250 on the Map of Consciousness® or 10 to the 250th power.

I LOVE to recommend this level as it’s the level where you can let go of having to be right and “juicing the ego”.

The need to “juice the ego” is a sign you are attached to lower consciousness. When learn to let go of having to be right and step into the consciousness of neutrality, it’s incredibly freeing! In fact. the PROCESS going on in consciousness is RELEASE.

No wonder letting go feels good at this level. Letting go and letting God is the energy of RELEASE. It’s also the gateway to TRUST.

In regards to the employment metaphor, you are still in the land of blue-collar workers at this level. There’s not enough “gas in the tank” to become an entrepreneur, as an example, at this level of consciousness.

This is NOT to say that entrepreneurs don’t already have the energy of NEUTRALITY in their consciousness as a “Foundational Basic” to higher levels of consciousness.

Willingness at 310

WILLINGNESS is a higher level of consciousness at 10 to the 310th power. It’s a quantum leap in power up from NEUTRAL.

It can be a challenge for the linear mind to really “get” the vast and logarithmic power of these higher levels of consciousness.

I think this is likely because we all have a mixed bag of levels in our own consciousness.

We can be at a higher level of consciousness on one topic and a lower level of consciousness on our own perception of ourselves, as an example.

Again with the metaphor of career or employment path, the low 300s on the Map could represent middle management in a small company. As opposed to the CEO of a Fortune 500 company. Its likely CEOs of Fortune 500 Companies could calibrate in the 400s+ on their ability to run a company of this magnitude.

Though there are plenty of CEOs that operate on lower levels of consciousness in their personal lives, higher in their position as CEO. Again, no judgment as we are all a mixed bag of awakening consciousness.

So are you now “getting” the metaphor of “gas in the tank” to get you where you want to go in life?

You’ve got to build a foundation of higher consciousness in many parts of your life to manifest what you want and not what you don’t want. This building process requires removing obstacles to these higher levels. It also requires a willingness to take a close look at yourself and be radically honest about where you are at on a wide variety of topics in your wheel of life.

Acceptance at 350

ACCEPTANCE is a higher level of consciousness at 10 to the 350th power. This too is a quantum leap in power up from WILLINGNESS.

Acceptance is the higher consciousness level Dr. Hawkins considers a significant gateway to raising your consciousness to even higher levels.

350 is the level of awakening consciousness to the realization that you are the creator of your own experience. It is also the level where you are willing to take full responsibility for your own life and stop blaming others.

This is a really big leap for most people as 85% of the planet operates in VICTIMHOOD MODE.

The PROCESS going on in this consciousness field is TRANSCENDENCE.  Per Merriam Webster Dictionary’s definition:

1. exceeding usual limits: SURPASSING
2. extending or lying beyond the limits of ordinary experience
3. in Kantian philosophy: being beyond the limits of all possible experience and knowledge

Again with the metaphor of career or employment path, 350 and above on the Map is the land of entrepreneurship and likely upper management.

Again, are you  “getting” the metaphor of “gas in the tank” to get you where you want to go in life?

You’ve got to build a foundation of higher consciousness in many parts of your life to manifest what you want and not what you don’t want. This building process requires removing obstacles to these higher levels. It also requires a willingness to take a close look at yourself and be radically honest about where you are at on a wide variety of topics in your wheel of life.

It’s helpful to understand the Map of Consciousness and the qualities of each field of consciousness. I highly recommend Dr. Hawkins’s books below, particularly The Book of Slides provides a list of ways of being Dr. Hawkins calls “Spiritual Foundations”. Take away the word “spiritual” and you still have common sense, rational and reasonable ways of being to build the life you seek to make a difference in your life.

Reason  & Rationality at 400 and 405

REASON & RATIONALITY are consciousness expanding at 10 to the 400th – 405th power. At these higher levels, rationality is a quantum leap up from reason!

This is the land of the mind!

The mind is a superpower and this field of consciousness is proof of it.

Calibrations in the 400s include:

• Math & Science calibrate 450-460
• Intellectual Excellence calibrates at 450
• Mastery of anything calibrates at 460
• The Statesmen calibrates at 430
• Geniuses like Freud, Hawking, and Einstein all calibrated at 499

A REALLY SIGNIFICANT POINT TO UNDERSTAND is that the mind overrides the body.

The body calibrates at 200 on the Map.

So anything your consciously or unconsciously telling yourself about the body is TRUE! You are the MASTER of the body! Dr. Haawkins said it humorously here “If you think you are stupid and ugly. well…”

Conclusion:

These are the consciousness-expanding levels that are within reach and accessible to all of us that are willing to step into courage, willingness, neutral, acceptance, and reason and rationality in most areas of our lives.

LOVE consciousness is a huge leap in consciousness into the 500s on the Map. This is another spiritual gateway to the non-linear dimension of spirit. This is here TRUTH and POWER really kicks into rocket fuel gear. Remember…The Oprah Winfrey Show was of this level of consciousness and made a significant impact on the world and all of the lives, books, and people she touched and supported.

Dr. Hawkins has a couple of short but concise videos answering the questions:

• What is love? and
• What is spiritual love?

I recommend both of these. Plus Dr. Hawkins is very funny and matter-of-fact.

Granted we have blind spots that may elude us in this life that serves the purpose of the soul. Your pre-birth plan in spirit as an eternal soul has a very different perspective and soul plan.
