Consciousness Raising Tips from the Video:

  1. Raising Consciousness Tips - Tell the truthTell the truth- This is of very higher consciousness by nature. Honesty Calibartes at 475 on the Map of Consciousness®
  2. Don’t do things that you hate. Hatred is of lower consciousness at calibrates at about 100 on the Map of Consciousness®
  3. Act so that you can tell the truth about how you act. Aspire to be impeccable with your way of being. Mastery calibrates at 460 on the Map.
  4. Pursue what is meaningful (400) not what is expedient (less than 200)
  5. If Raising Consciousness Tips - Pursue what is meaningful not expedientyou have to choose, be the one who does things instead of the one who is seen to do things.
  6. Pay attention. Just being awake and present in all that you do is of higher consciousness as opposed to “asleep at the wheel”. If you’re “asleep at the wheel” then understand that there are emotional blocks that need to be surrendered and let go of in order to have the energy to pay attention and take action. No judgment please of yourself. You’re coming into understanding. (Learn how to let go here or here. )
  7. Assume that the person you are listening to might know something you need to listen to. You never know when the Universe is going to show up for you in the guise of another to deliver what you’ve been asking for. “Ask and It Is Given”. But you’ve got to be paying attention and present. Being open calibrates at around 300 on the Map. It’s considered a “spiritual foundation” for raising consciousness.
  8. Raising Consciousness Tips Maintain and nourish your relationshipsPlan and work diligently to maintain the romance in your relationships. Letting go of suppressed and repressed emotions and the mechanism of letting go can help.
  9. Be careful with who you share the good news.
  10. Be careful with who you share bad news.
  11. Make at least one thing better every single place you go.
  12. Imagine who you could be and then aim single-mindedly at that. “What is held in mind tends to manifest” calibrates at 505 on the Map!
  13. Do not allow yourself to become arrogant or resentful. (These are lower consciousness ways of being at about 175- 190 on the Map. Again, there are ways to remove these blocks so you don’t “get stuck” there.)
