How Can I Put Spiritual Fitness into Context?

Let’s take a look at some consciousness calibrations relative to what ben Greenfield teaches.

Ben is a coach, and coaches typically inspire you to step into courage in some area of your life and empower you with research, results, and personal life experience.

Courage is the 1st step to all changeAccording to consciousness research, COURAGE is the first level of consciousness that has any power (energetically) to make a change. Courage calibrates at 200 on the Map of Consciousness®.

Spiritual fitness then requires this step at a minimum in order to effect change.

Levels of consciousness below 200 like resentment, perfectionism, anger, fear, grief, and loss have no “energy” to effect change. They are all downward pulling negatively-oriented attractor fields.

Interestingly people like Ben that have spent a significant amount of time in conquering mind over matter and physical endurance are likely running perfectionism energy, which is a problem energetically as it is a destructive energy. This is what Ben is pointing to in today’s life lesson video.

Don’t feel bad if you are a “perfectionist”!

I never imagined perfectionism was a negatively-oriented level of consciousness, but it is, according to consciousness research.

Now that you know, you can come into u understanding and learn how to let go of perfectionism.

Other levels of consciousness that are helpful to understand is that the BODY calibrates at 205 on the Map whereas the MIND calibrates in the 400s!

This is HUGE as whatever you think about the body, it obeys!

The MIND (10 to the 400th power) is a quantum leap in power above the consciousness of the BODY (10 to the 205th power).

FOOD calibrates in a range of 200-205. We give WAY TOO much attention and mental power to food!!!

Fixation on BODYBUILDING and EXTREME SPORTS calibrates at 185. It’s no wonder, people feel depleted, and lacking meaningfulness in these pursuits!?!

It’s not a judgment, simply an understanding of where you may be at in life. This is a lack of soul fitness and spiritual alignment when you run any lower levels of consciousness in your life.

Ben has come into this awareness by pursuing that which he has done in order to share his new insights and wisdom into spiritual fitness and true alignment.
