How to Let Go Anger and Hurt, Let’s Break It Down
Before I dive into the process of how to let go of anger and resentment, and hurt, let’s take a look at the Map of Consciousness® and where anger is on the Map.
Anger IS its own calibrated level of consciousness on the Map that calibrates at 150 on the Map.
It is considered a lower level of consciousness because it falls below the critical level of consciousness known as the courage that calibrates at 200 or 10 to the 200th on the Map of Consciousness®.
Any impersonal “energy” or attractor field that falls below the critical power level of 200 is considered a lower level of consciousness. This means that this energy field:
This is NOT a judgment of being angry or resentful, only a calibrated fact of the field known as anger.
It’s important to note that all levels of consciousness are impersonal attractor fields. They exist as a part of the vast overall consciousness. The ability to experience and choose to experience contrast has been elucidated in the book series Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch.
To choose to “be angry” is FREE WILL!
It’s as simple as that.
Though I understand it can feel more like someone is causing you to be angry and a victim of all circumstance that creates anger, hurt, and resentment within you, this is not true in ultimate reality.
This is why it’s constructive to become aware of the Map of Consciousness® and what’s really going on in consciousness and your own life. None of us are victims! We may just be caught in an attractor field of lower consciousness with seemingly no way out.
This is just a perception and why I am here today to help you let go of anger and resentment and let go of anger and hurt.

It’s helpful to understand these as you can look at the Map and then reflect on different areas of your own life to see if you may be angry on some topic.
Most people believe or feel that anger is a “good thing.” And it can be perceived as a powerful or “good thing” when you are coming up from lower level feelings like:
The feeling feels “better” because you are stepping into greater power in the energy field of ANGER at LOC 150.
The problem, however, is that you can feel or think that anger is a “good thing” and get stuck in the attractor field of anger. The attractor field of anger is like a giant magnetic field of energy that will now bring to you everything that will continue to trigger your anger.
Holding onto anger is that eventually, the “vibration” or “energy” of this field is destructive by nature. It can destroy every part of your life, including your own physicality.
In fact, Louise Hay, author of the multi-national bestselling author of You Can Heal Your Life, has found that the “energy” of resentment, an off-shoot or similar “energy” as anger, can create cancer in the body.
The body cells are sensitive to your thoughts and beliefs, and that vibration of anger and resentment, over time, creates disharmony and cancer-causing cells in the body.
So it makes sense to learn how to let go of anger and resentment if for no other reason than to prevent the body from developing cancer.

It takes time to “get,” and it takes practice.
But be assured the letting process can be as quick as 5-10 minutes of your conscious awareness of the process and yourself.

It is highly beneficial to learn how to let go of anger and resentment. It doesn’t mean you are a “bad person” for being angry or not knowing any better. We are all just coming into the awareness that suppressed and pressed emotions like anger get buried in our energy fields and become magnets for more circumstances in your life to experience anger.
Though it may appear that someone is causing you to be angry, and you want to point and blame someone or something outside of you for it, it’s really just the “universe,” GOD, or life showing up to let you know what you’ve got running within you.
When you learn how to let go anger, you will no longer be a magnet for it, and better circumstances, relationships, and opportunities will come your way effortlessly. In fact, when you let go of anger and resentment fully, it will be completely gone from your awareness. Then one day, you’ll realize,
“Hey, I haven’t been triggered by anger in a long time!?!”
This is how you will know you’ve let go of a significant amount of anger.
